- This will take you to the checkout – you can then continue shopping or “Checkout”

Postage within Australia is provided through Australia Post
Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 7 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3- 7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

PICKUP IN STORE
Orders can be collected from our retail shop at 871 Old Cleveland Road, Carina, Brisbane, Queensland, 4152 (See our contact us page for our opening hours).
Sue's Shop uses Australia Post for all shipping and find they give a reliable service, though once a parcel is shipped we are no longer in control of its delivery and take no further responsibility for its whereabouts.
You will be provided with a reference number to track your parcel once it has been dispatched. If you find a parcel hasn’t arrived when it should or have any further shipping queries please contact Sue's Shop on (07) 339 85106 or info@suesshop.com.au

In the event that we are temporarily sold out of an item you will be notified with the expected time frame of when the item will be available.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
REFUNDS
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do.

All shipping costs of returned items are the responsibility of the customer & are not refundable. We accept no responsibility for damages of goods in transit & suggest using registered post.
RETURNS
Cancellations
Due to the order process we cannot accept cancellations. Please ensure you select your products carefully.
Returns / Exchanges
Due to health regulations Hosiery, undergarments, Wigs, & Makeup are final sale only and cannot be exchanged or returned unless deemed faulty or wrongly delivered. DVD's, CD's, Demi-pointe & Pointe Shoes, Sale and clearance items are also non-returnable.
Where products are proved to be faulty (not applicable if damaged in transit) Sue's Shop is happy to exchange for another item of the same unless the item is unavailable in which case you will be notified and given the option of another choice or refund. You will not be charged for return freight.
All returns and exchanges must be accompanied with a Return Authorisation Number & original purchase receipt.
You can request an Return Authorization Number by emailing us, with details of the fault receipt date & number, your name, address, contact details, details of the fault and instructions as to what you would like done (replace or refund). This must be done within 5 days of receipt of your order to make a claim. No claims will be accepted after this time.
If goods are returned due to the incorrect size ordered, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that the following conditions apply to all returns:
- Packaged Items - Must be unopened and in original packaging;
- Clothing - Must have manufacturer’s tags intact and not be worn or washed;
- Shoes – Must be in original condition and not marked on soles
If item is not in original condition it will be retuned to you and shipping charges will be applied.
We endeavour to process returns / exchanges / refunds as quickly as possible however it can take up to 21 working days.
All orders are double checked however if any picking errors occur please inform us within 48hours from receipt of the order.
