When you purchase and/or use a Sue’s Shop Gift Voucher you will be asked to tick the box that says 'I understand and accept these Terms and Conditions'. At this time you become legally bound by these terms and conditions. Please do not proceed to purchase/use your Sue’s Shop Gift Voucher until you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

The use of Sue’s Shop Gift Vouchers falls under the following Terms & Conditions:

• The End User of a Sue’s Shop Gift Voucher must hold a Registered Sue’s Shop Website Account.
• Gift Vouchers ordered through our Website will be delivered automatically by electronic means to the email address you specify at the time of order. Our Gift Vouchers include unique numbers and configurable patterns automatically generated.
• Sue’s Shop Gift Vouchers must be redeemed on our Website, as full or part payment for products from our Website.
• A Gift Voucher cannot be used to purchase a further Gift Voucher.
• The Sue’s Shop Website may be accessed in store by staff to facilitate a Gift Voucher Transaction.
• A Sue’s Shop Gift Voucher cannot be transferred from the registered account.
• When ordering a Gift Voucher you should ensure the End User’s email address is entered correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Gift Voucher.
• Website offers and promotions (including gifts with purchase and discounts) do not apply when purchasing a Gift Voucher.
• You can check the balance of a Gift Voucher by logging into your Registered Sue’s Shop Website Account.
• All Gift Vouchers are dated and expire 12 months from the date of issue. Unused value will not be refunded and will be forfeited.
• Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, or returned for a refund.
• Where Products purchased online with a Gift Voucher are returned; monies owing will be refunded to the original Sue’s Shop Gift Voucher.
• We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
• We may collect personal information subject to our Privacy Policy.
• Registered Sue’s Shop Website Account holders agree to receive Promotional Material subject to our Privacy Policy.
• We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
