By using this site you are agreeing to the terms and conditions
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
We reserve the right to change without notice, prices and typographical pricing and information errors.
Occasionally products may become unavailable, or are discontinued without notice, these situations are beyond our control and we take no responsibility for situations that arise due to this.
Colours shown on this website are representative only. All product colours are reproduced as accurately as possible, however colours may appear slightly different due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.
Sues Shop takes no responsibility for variations that may occur in colour, fabric and braids used in products, product images are representative only.
Sues Shop uses Australia Post for all shipping and find they give a reliable service, once a parcel is shipped we are no longer in control of its delivery and take no further responsibility for its whereabouts. If you find a parcel hasn't arrived when it should first try to track it with your tracking number at the Australia Post web site, or contact your local Australia Post office and let them know. If you don’t receive it within a reasonable time please contact us on 07 33985106 or email email@example.com.
Website Business Days are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Non Business Days are: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Orders placed after 5pm will be regarded as the following business day. Sues Shop do not sell goods on approval and will not refund for change of mind.
- Sues Shop do not guarantee that all items ordered will be available and in stock, this is dependent on many variables.
- Occasionally some items may become unavailable through our suppliers.
- Customers will be notified within a reasonable time if any ordered products are temporary unavailable or sold out.
- Out of stock items will be backordered unless otherwise advised.

Postage is provided through Australia Post.
Delivery outside Australia
We do post to countries outside of Australia.
Sues Shop offers free shipping on orders over $150.00 (excludes Costume Roller bags), where possible these will be sent express post, though large and bulky orders will be sent regular post. If express post is required for a large and bulky order, please contact the store on 07 33985106 (additional charges may apply)
Postal charges are calculated according to the weight and parcel dimensions and are shown at the checkout. Shipping can be calculated from the cart page before proceeding to the checkout, prices for Express and Regular Post will be shown.
Postage options (Australia Post eParcel)
REGULAR DELIVERY (Parcel Post): Delivery time is dependent on location. Parcels can not be tracked online. Australia Post does not guarantee delivery times for regular deliveries, any times quoted will be approximate and can change due to varying circumstances.
EXPRESS POST: Express post is shipping only, this will not guarantee the same day despatch of orders unless prior arrangements have been made, all stock is available, and payment received. However if all items are available we will endeavour to ship the same day for orders placed before 5pm EST (business days only). You must be in an express post area for overnight delivery, other areas will be fastest possible delivery between these locations (next business day delivery cannot be guaranteed outside the Express Post Network). Parcels can be tracked online.
If you instruct us to leave an item unattended or authorise a shipment to be left without a signature (EG: If not home, leave at front door.) You accept sole responsibility for the safety, security and safe delivery of the item. Sues Shop and Australia Post will not be responsible for the loss, theft or damage to any shipment or individual items if they are authorised to be left unattended at a customer’s premises.
- Please allow 2 to 10 days for the delivery of goods, some remote areas may take longer.
- Delivery time is dependent on location and stock availability.
- You will receive an email when your order has been shipped with a tracking number.
Please Note: Once in the hands of Australia Post, Sues Shop are no longer responsible for the delivery of your parcel, this in now the responsibility of Australia Post.
Postage charges for exchanged and returned items (unless deemed faulty) must be paid by the customer and are not free.
Returns & Exchanges
Sues Shop do not refund for change of mind and do not sell on approval.

Returns & exchanges must comply with the following conditions:
- Be within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Have proof of purchase
- Packaged Items - Must be unopened and in their original packaging
- Clothing - Must have manufacturer’s tags intact and not be soiled, worn, or washed.
- Shoes – Must be in original condition and not marked on soles
All returns and exchanges must be accompanied with a return authorization number, & original purchase receipt – There are No Returns On: tights, undergarments, socks and wigs (unless deemed faulty).
All items are covered by a 14 day manufacturer’s warranty. If you wish to return a product for repair or replacement please contact us for further details prior to returning the item(s). Any item(s) returned without our authorisation or without our prior knowledge will not be accepted and you will be responsible for any return postage costs incurred.
Damaged & Faulty Goods
Sues Shop reserves the right to assess a damaged product and choose to repair minor damage.
If damaged items need replacing we will exchange for another item of the same unless the item is unavailable, in which case you will be notified and given the option of another choice or refund. You will not be charged return freight.
Other reasons, such as wrong size/colour chosen
All sales are final and we regret we are unable to accept any products back for return once it has been processed, once it has been opened or used, unless the item is faulty. In this instance we reserve the right to replace the item with the same product or one of a similar specification if the original item is no longer available.
In special, extreme or very unusual circumstances we may approve an item for return. Any items that are accepted for return,(other than those items that have been returned under warranty), are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the item must be received in as new condition and with all the original packaging and instructions intact, once an item has been handled or used it cannot be returned. Further costs may be incurred if the packaging is damaged or the item cannot be offered for sale as a new item. Any shipping costs incurred for the return of any product is not refundable.
When returning an item please ensure it is well packed to prevent transit damage, and the items are insured against loss. We will not be held responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged. If an item is lost you will need to seek compensation or lodge a claim directly from the shipping or postal company concerned. If required we will provide a copy of your invoice to help support your compensation claim.
Returning non faulty items that had Free Shipping:
Shipping costs will be charged on items not deemed faulty that have been returned for credit. You will be credited for goods minus the shipping costs that we have been charged by Australia Post.
